Atoma notebooks offer a unique, customisable note-taking, filing and binding system, with all the advantages of spiral notebooks and ring-binders, and none of the disadvantages.

The Meeting Book is no exception, but it's been uniquely designed with meetings in mind. It still has the disc-binding system, enabling the easy removal and addition of sheets of paper, but the refills are laid out to facilitate the sort of note-taking traditionally associated with meetings. Each page is marked with spaces for the date, attendees and the location, with the middle of the page marked with lines or squares for notes. At the bottom is a list of handy check-boxes for 'things to do'. There's a calendar at the front. At the back is a set of plastic pockets ideal for business cards, and a thick paper slot to store extra notes safely before punching with the Atoma Paper Puncher and adding to the meeting book later. The cover is strong black card and the binding discs are black PVC.
